Basic Rules

Eliminate from your diet:

Include in your diet • fruits - citrus fruits (grapefruits, lemons, oranges), apples, grapes with seeds, kiwi, plums, peaches and others; • seaweed; • honey; • nuts; • legumes – beans, peas, soy products (milk, tofu); • fish – flounder, sea crucian, haddock, cod, navaga, salmon, sea bream, halibut (fish is consumed no more than 2 times in 7 days); • You can snack on fresh vegetables an unlimited number of times. Last meal no later than 4 hours before bedtime.

Metabolism depends on proper nutrition

There are foods that activate metabolism and make it faster.

First of all, it's fiber. It is coarse, indigestible dietary fiber. They are not digested, they have another task - to irritate the walls of the gastrointestinal tract and, thereby, stimulate the movement of food gruel downwards. What vitamins stimulate metabolism?

It is quite easy to follow such a diet, because you do not need to suffer for days, languishing from an ineradicable feeling of hunger. In addition, even if the daily menu is clearly divided into 4 meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner), no one forbids you to have an additional snack from the foods allowed that day. If the desire to “taste something sweet now” is insatiable, then you can try to trick your stomach by drinking a glass of water with lemon juice dissolved in it.

It is better to start a gastronomic cleansing when there are no health problems and excessive physical (and psychological) stress is not expected. Otherwise, the combination of diet + overload will lead to stress and the body will “refuse” to lose weight, while following a cleansing diet guarantees minus 10 kg after completing the 7-day course.

Sea salt helps fight cellulite, improves skin condition, heals wounds, rejuvenates and promotes weight loss.

Mix honey with coarse salt (or sea salt) in equal proportions, rub the mixture all over your body and steam for as long as you can stand it. Then rinse the honey with water. The high temperature in the sauna will help your body get rid of toxins faster, and the honey mask will make your skin silky.
