If you suffer from a toothache, then you need to mix the mummy with water in such proportions as to form a dough-like mass. It will need to be applied to the sore area.

For a cold, you need to dissolve 0.5 mg of mumiyo in a glass of warm water. The medicine is taken half an hour before meals several times a day. The duration of treatment is 10 days.
